- Players can register for both games, but must not play in multiple teams within the same game.
- A team must use the same roster for the entire tournament unless substitution is approved.
Free Fire:
– Mode: Squad BR
– Maps: Bermuda, Kalahari, Purgatory
– Format: Custom Room or In-Game Tournament Mode
BGMI:
– Mode: Classic Squad (TPP)
–Maps: Erangel , Miramar, Sanhok
–Format: Custom Room or Scrim Format
- No emulator use (mobile-only tournaments)
- No hacks/mods/scripts – Zero tolerance; instant disqualification
- Fair Play: No stream sniping, teaming, or ghosting
- Toxic behavior (abusive language, threats, racism) will result in penalties or bans
- Players must play on stable internet and authorized devices
- Lag or disconnection is not grounds for rematch unless due to server-side issues
Teams must join the lobby 10 minutes before match start
If a team fails to show up within 5 minutes of start time, a walkover may be awarded

- Participants must use a personal account for registration.
- The minimum requirement is 50 teams for BGMI tournaments
- The winning team will be awarded a trophy, a prize of ₹9,000, and certificates. The MVP will be awarded a prize of ₹2,000 and a certificate.
- All participating team members will be given a participation certificate.
- The registration is Free For Each Team.
- Registration will be done through https://cgbugsesports.com Portal.
- In case of a low team count, the management will decide to postpone the event until further notice.
- A minimum level of 40 is required to enter the Match Lobby.
- All teams and players must be in the custom room lobby and ready to play at least 5 minutes before the match starts. Failure to do so may result in penalties
- After Semi Final Matches All Players Will be Conducted Offline Matches in Cg bugs School of 3D Animation, games & Visual Effects, Sangamner MH 422605
- A team must consist of a maximum of four members.
- All matches are in Classic Maps.
- Registered team members cannot be changed or replaced.
- Team’s progress is based on there achieved points.
- Any disconnection issue(s) while being in the lobby or from the game will not be entertained unless the same issue(s) is/are faced by a major number of players.
- Ranking will be done according to Point System unless mentioned. the sum of total points from 3 matches will be calculated and players will be ranked according to their accumulated points.
- In case of a tie in total points, the team with more kills will be ranked higher.
- Each participant can be a member of only one team in the tournament.
- Team names and nicknames in the game must not contain any explicit or vulgar words.
- Teams that are late or not present at the designated match time will be considered Walkover. Teams that violate the rules will be Desqualify
- Teams will be allocated points based on the points earned at the end of each match.
- Players cannot do team up, players teaming up will be banned permanently.
- No pause will be permitted during Tournament play for any reason.
- Don't use the emergency backpack in the match.
- It is compulsory to record your point of view (POV) for every match
- A result screenshot is compulsory; we may ask for it anytime.
- Only in-game voice chat is to be used from the start of the game until its completion.
- If you break any rules, your team will be disqualified.
- One valid ID proof, such as an (Aadhaar card), is required.
- Teams found using multiple accounts will be disqualified.
- The team’s progress is based on their achieved points.
- If you use flare guns during the ongoing match, your team will be disqualified.
- All participants in the tournaments must be 18 years of age or older.
There will be 3 map Erangel, Sanhok, Miramar.
Check-in for your event which starts 10 min prior to the player’s specific Round time Get in touch with admin via Website group chat. Room id and Password will be visible after check-in. Check match area for Room id and Password.
Ranking will be done according to Point System unless mentioned. the sum of total points from 3 matches will be calculated and players will be ranked according to their accumulated points.

- If any third-party apps, zip files, or hacks are found on a team's device, the team will be disqualified from esports.
- Use of emulators and/or any other device(s) giving an unfair advantage to players is not allowed in the tournament. (Emulators are only allowed in emulator specific tournaments) Players found using hacks and/or mods will be disqualified from the tournament and/or players will be banned from the platform for a certain duration. Teaming up with other players/squad in a tournament will lead to disqualification and/or players will be banned from the platform for a certain duration.
It is the player’s responsibility to check their device before starting their match. Any disconnection issue(s) while being in the lobby or from the game will not be entertained unless the same issue(s) is/are faced by a major number of players.
Players are advised to check their exact Match time for their Pool on the day of the tournament. SMS/Mail notification will be sent to players relaying their schedule, but it’s the player’s responsibility to be updated with the timings of their specific Pool. Issue(s) regarding schedule change will not be entertained.
By participating in this tournament, you agree to these general rules and the competition-specific rules applicable to this tournament. if you do not accept these general rules and the applicable competition-specific rules and abide by them during your participation in the tournaments, you will not be eligible to participate in an official competition and will forfeit any prizing, qualification secured for other competitions, or points scored or status earned, including towards future competitions or qualification.The administration team are the decision makers for all cases and disputes which may occur and are not written in this rulebook. even if not directly specified, missing matches and breaking any rule may result in up to 5 percent prize money reduction per Occurrence.
In order to be eligible to participate in a Tournament as a player, an individual must have reached 15 years of age or older (i.eThe player has lived for at least 15 calendar years) as of the Registration end date), All players on a Team’s roster must have an account of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA of a level 25 and above.
All prize money will be paid up to 90 days, after the CG BUGS Esport Tournament has completed to the Team owner or entity.
If a Team or Player is missing the proper payment information and makes no effort to fix this, the prize money will not be paid out until this is rectified.
CG BUGS Esport Competition is divided into Two Phases, Online Qualifier and offline Lan Event.
In the semi finals stage top 28 will participate, These 28 teams will be divided into 2 groups of 14 teams each, round robin round for 1 days for where top 16 teams will be promoted to finals.
Top 16 qualified teams will play final stage for 5 Maps and top 3 teams will be promoted for Winner.

Teams must request any match-related data (e.g., score tables, screen recordings) within 24 hours of the match. No data will be provided after this period, and we are not responsible for any losses or issues arising from late requests (after 24–48 hours).
Any participant or player found using abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language on social media platforms, messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp,Instagram), comment sections, or group chats will face immediate disqualification or a permanent ban from the tournament.
Additionally, if any participant shares false, offensive, or disrespectful comments targeting the tournament management or staff without proper understanding or verified information, they will also be banned from the tournament.
Any player or team found misbehaving on social media (through messages, comments, etc.) will be permanently banned from CGBUGS Esports. This applies to both new and past offenders. One strike = lifetime ban.
Before every match the lobby ID-s and passwords will be posted on the tournament’s whatsapp group. Players need to enter these to enter the custom match lobbies. Each team needs to be in specific slots that will be announced by the admin team. Please keep in mind that being in the wrong slot when the match starts may cause your points to be lost for that match.
Tiebreakers Ties between two Teams during Official Competitions will be determined in the order of (a) total times of winning the first placement across all the Tournament games; (b) total accumulated 21 placement points across all Tournament Games in the applicable Tournament; (c) total accumulated finishes across all Tournament Games in the applicable Tournament; and (d) placement in the most recent match of the Tournament.
Tournament Officials should be notified of any technical malfunction or other emergency immediately. Tournament Games shall be remade only pursuant to the request of the Tournament Organiser. The Tournament Organiser may remake a Tournament Game under the following circumstances:
(A) Technical malfunctions or player disconnects (excluding malfunctions and disconnects as a result of a player’s mistake or fault) within 3 minutes after the Tournament Official has started the match.The match start time will be announced by the Tournament Official on the Tournament whatsapp group.
(B) A problem occurs during the loading screen and the game cannot be loaded
(C) A player is unable to move on the battlefield within 3 minutes after the Tournament Official has started the match. The match start time will be announced by the Tournament Official on the Tournament whatsapp group.
(D) A player is unable to enter the Tournament Game before the departure of the starting plane
(E) Some players are able to join a Tournament Game but start on the battlefield, without flying on the starting plane and without parachuting.
– Unregistered Players can lead to team disqualification.
– Solos will be kicked but if any team is found playing solo & duo their match won’t be considered.
– At Least 2 players of every team must record their POV with in game voice chat when asked if any team fails to provide the pov then that team will be disqualified.
– At Least 2 players of the same are bonded to record the POV (RAW POV i.e., Full match), when asked by staff one should provide POV at a glance, Failing to which team will get disqualified and in extreme cases, Team will get banned.
– The Player who got suspected have to provide the pov of next match for specific player compulsory else player or team will get disqualified throughout the tournament including the two other player pov
– The team / person who putting allegations on team must have proper proof
– Teams must take a screenshot of every result
– You must be respectful to your teammates, opponents, organisers, viewers watching the live stream and everyone else. Harassments, abuse and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and your team will be disqualified if such offenses are proved (online as well as offline)
– Teaming up is strictly prohibited. If found and proved, all the teams involved will be disqualified from the tournament.
– Third-party apps, mods, and abuse of bugs are strictly prohibited. If such offences are found and proved, your team will be disqualified from the tournament.
– All 3 maps must be downloaded by all the players. If you get kicked during the game start and your team reduces to duo or solo, either your team gets kicked, the organiser will not restart the match.
– Rooms will not be restarted for any reasons (ping issues, game glitches, player/s or team/s not joining on time etc.) unless proof of is found or more tn 32 players are found affected.
– Participants are not allowed to use PC emulators to emulate any tournament games. Offenders and their team will be immediately disqualified
– Participants are required to play all games in order to be eligible for the prize winnings. (offline)
